Thrive welcomes a very special guest, Dr. Aryn Delaney with Warrior Physical Therapy. Join her November 11th for a 45-minute workshop, focusing heavily on connecting pelvic floor coordination to breath work, and being able to sense pelvic floor movement during yoga poses. Connection of pelvic floor and breath helps to increase energy and joy, while improving digestion, relieving pain, and keeping the spine healthy and lubricated.

Dr. Aryn Delaney takes a hands-on and evidence-based approach to her care. She is passionate about restoring quality of life to her pelvic health patients. She enjoys working with pregnant and postpartum women to restore their well-being and confidence in their body. Navigating the postpartum world can be confusing. Dr. Aryn loves educating her patients to create less fear and more freedom. She has her PCES certification (Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist) and has a special interest area in returning women back to exercise without leakage or pain. She also has had a lot of success treating chronic pelvic pain conditions. Dr. Aryn is also a certified lymphedema therapist that has a special interest in treating women’s oncology.
