Tuscan Wine & Italian Food Pairing Night

Join us for a Tuscan Wine & Italian Food Pairing Night with our Italian Wine Specialist, Ezio Vippolis! Class is Friday, June 11th from 6-8PM. $50/pp

In this class we will discuss aging, climate and the fermentation process as well sample various wines from the region of Tuscany, Italy. We will pair the wines with inspired heavy appetizers and pasta from Italy. Class size limited to 10 participants.
Ezio’s appreciation of wines came at a young age. Being born and raised in Bari a province of Apuglia in southern Italy were wine production was a way of life. Ezio owned several wine retail outlets in Huntington Long Island, Queens and Greenwich Connecticut.

In 1999 he went to work with Zachys Wines & Spirits in Scarsdale, NY, one of the top retailers in the east coast, as a Wine Buyer and an Italian Wine Specialist. Ezio has traveled to Verona for VinItaly, one of the largest wine fairs in Europe extensively and has visited wine producers in different regions.
