Under the Stars Yoga Nidra with Nadia Taggart

Yoga Nidra, the balance between conscious and unconscious mind. This deeply relaxing practice can be used to open up the deeper aspects of the mind. Useful for stress management, improved use of the mind, and awakening inner potential. A gentle, nourishing, yet powerful way to spend time with yourself.

Yoga Nidra is generally practiced lying down so you can let go completely. Props and blankets will be provided but you are free to bring your own pillow, blanket, as well as anything that will help you get into a totally comfortable, restful position. And to make the experience even more magical we will add sound meditation and relaxation tea.
