Keep Your Finger On The Pulse
Beginner friendly 90 minutes of Yin Yoga focused on opening the hips, hamstrings and low back for greater flexibility and to help reduce low back pain. Participants will leave feeling relaxed, more open in the lower body. Perfect for runners, heavy weight lifters, those that sit or stand for many hours at a time or anyone just looking to gain flexibility and some low back pain relief!
