Join Diana at 6:00pm on the 3rd Sunday of each month as she guides you through 15-20 minutes of gentle movement before settling into the practice of Yoga Nidra, a form of guided meditation. Nidra, meaning sleep, is a deep relaxation form of yoga, and a technique to awaken the connection between body, mind and soul. Similar to a deep sleep, while awake, it has been said that 30 minutes of Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of REM sleep.
All levels are welcome and encouraged to incorporate Yoga Nidra into their practice. This transformative experience is included in studio memberships and drop-ins are welcome.
NOTE: We have plenty of mats and props available for student use, so no worries and come Thrive with us!
