Paula makes the most delicious vegan comfort food. I am NOT a vegan, and I still love everything she makes. The Cuban sandwich and Mac and Cheez are my favorites, as well as the Brussels sprouts. Be sure to check out some of the tasty desserts and the purple butterfly tea as well. The restaurant is located in Palmetto in a cute historic building, which is always fun to visit. Wow!! I had an incredible experience at Turning Tides with Dr. Hutch. A friend and I spent a day there and had a chance to try many of the available modalities. We really enjoyed the Ionic Foot Bath, Infrared Sauna followed by an Ice Bath, and an amazing session in the Salt Room with a Sound Bath. Dr. Hutch and everyone in the office were super friendly and inviting. If you're struggling with pain, health issues, or you just want to spend a day focusing on your wellness, I highly recommend trying them out!
